Rebranded Grounded (formerly known as Bagos) which involved generating a new name, producing a logo, updating social media platforms, alterations to the physical coffee shop to incorporate color scheme of logo, and adjusting website features to fit the new brand. Developed using Adobe Photoshop. Developed and executed a stewardship initiative for our highest performing collegiate Dance Marathon student leaders. This included facilitating team brainstorming, designing physical materials to be mailed to recipients, and creating engaging and informative written content to explain the intent of each item. This stewardship initiative served to target the drop in student support after graduation.

In my final year of college at DePauw University I was given the opportunity to explore my interests in the intersection of art and racism through my capstone project. My paper researched the role art plays in public memory, and more specifically, I explored the tumultuous dialogue about Dana Schutz's painting of Emmett Till's open casket. I was selected to present my paper at the International Conference on New Directions in the Humanities, and although I was unable to present, my paper was shared with attendees. (Excerpt linked)

Developed and implemented themed branding for the Riley Dance Marathon annual conference. Facilitated team brainstorming sessions and translated group ideas into visual elements. Visual retelling of my month long volunteering journey in Southern India, spent teaching elementary students from three different schools. Produced using iMovie. Worked as Vice President of External Operations to assist in raising over $89,000 for DePauw Dance Marathon, with all funds donated directly to developmental research at Riley Hospital for Children. Designed, ordered, and distributed apparel for over 200 participants. Managed all marketing and social media aspects. |
